Corporate Responsibility

According to this press release, UNIQLO is giving a lot to help those suffering in Japan. Call me a "millenial," but I am so much more inclined to support businesses when they give back. I also really appreciated LivingSocial's $5 for $10 deal to donate to the Red Cross.

UPDATE: Today Forever 21 is giving 100% of their proceeds to Japan relief!

I love these handmade bows over at Etsy shop Hunter Gatherer, especially their creative names (clockwise from the top left): I am your pink sherbert; I am the start of a green spring; I am wild flowers in the summer; I am the bunch of flowers from a summer crush. They really are "quite lovely."

These portraits from Etsy shop berkley illustration were my Valentine's Day gift to Hunter this year. Since moving to DC, he's come to love all the squirrels running around our neighborhood. I think I did pretty well, if I do say so myself. Now if I could only decide where to hang them...

I really can't get that headboard out of my head. Who made that? Who sleeps there? And the styling is perfect - all the rich tones and how everything is so low to the ground. What a beautiful bedroom! I think I'm obsessed.
