Viewmaster wedding invitations

How rad are these viewmaster wedding invitations? Etsy shop Melangerie is charging $3,450 for 100 invitations. I can't help but think these would be really fun for a milestone anniversary or birthday... I know I would be jumping up and down if I got one of these!

Major girl crush

Like most, I have a major girl crush on Jenna Lyons. I could go on and on and on but then I would sound creepy... so I will show restraint by only focusing on one aspect that I especially admire: reinvention. She is constantly reinventing herself, her style, her company, her home... I loved seeing all the changes she's made in her home in this Selby shoot. It makes me feel inspired to practice this in my own vida.

Embroidered Art

I've been seeing a lot of embroidered art around the Internet lately. My favorite pieces so far come from Buenos Aires based artist Jazmin Berakha. I love the colors and details. Rain, rain

Labor day was rainy here in DC. Yesterday, I went with some friends to a shopping area called King Street in Alexandria, VA and we spent the afternoon running from awning to awning and stopping in stores only to get dry. I wish I had a more weather appropriate outfit like this lady. Or at least remembered an umbrella. I guess this means summer is officially over. Hope you all had a great "last hurrah."
